With 20 years of leadership and hands-on experience in industry and blue-chip consulting firms (Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton), Mr. Kamal helps clients improve their competitiveness and productivity through business planning and execution, performance measurement and quality improvements. He has managed significant organizational changes caused by, e.g., process redesign, restructuring and software implementation. He specializes in health care and insurance, higher education, financial services, government and not-for-profit sectors, and has also served clients in consumer packaged goods, and retail and B2B distribution.
He is a published author, a Senior Lecturer at Edgewood College's School of Business in Madison, and received its Outstanding Faculty award in 2012. He has served on the Board of Examiners for the Wisconsin Forward Award, and as past President of the American Marketing Association (Madison chapter).
